Please, review the following membership opportunities to determine which application applies to you and your services.  Membership is available to those individuals with the recommended experience and education who meet the qualifications established by the Council.

Individual ($350)  

Individual Membership is available for those who serve or desire to serve as Trustee, Agent under a Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Professional Guardian, or Personal Representative.  Members include Professional Fiduciaries, Professional Guardians, Certified Care Managers, Professional Money Managers, Trust Officers, CPAs, and Attorneys who provide fiduciary services or intend to add them to their practice.  

Provisional ($275)

Provisional Membership is available for those who desire to apply as an Individual Member, but need additional time to complete the education and experience requirements.

Affiliate Membership is available for those who provide related services to Professional Fiduciaries such as estate planning, asset management, health care services, move management, and more.
