MEMBERSHIP

Please, review the following membership opportunities to determine which application applies to you and your services.  Membership is available to those individuals with the recommended experience and education who meet the qualifications established by the Council. 

Individual ($350)  

Individual Membership is available for those who serve or desire to serve as Trustee, Agent under a Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, Professional Guardian, or Personal Representative.  Members include Professional Fiduciaries, Professional Guardians, Certified Care Managers, Professional Money Managers, Trust Officers, CPAs, and Attorneys who provide fiduciary services or intend to add them to their practice.

Provisional ($275)

Provisional Membership is available for those who desire to apply as an Individual Member, but need additional time to complete the education and experience requirements.

Affiliate ($275)

Affiliate Membership is available for those who provide related services to Professional Fiduciaries such as estate planning, asset management, health care services, move management, and more.

Thank you for your interest in applying to the PFCF!  

The application process begins with a complete application.  This includes the signed (notarized for some) document with all supporting paperwork and fee.  The completed application is submitted to the Membership Committee for review and is then voted on the second Tuesday of the month.  If no additional information is requested by the Membership Committee, the application is submitted to the Executive Board for final approval.  The Executive Board typically meets the third Wednesday of the month.  If no additional information is requested by the Executive Board and is approved, a “Welcome!” e-mail is sent to the applicant, which explains the benefits of membership and instructs on how to get involved and get noticed on the PFCF website.  This process may take 4-6 weeks.
