Stacy Rubel is the current Co-Chair of the Ad Hoc Guardianship Revision Committee (tasked with writing Chapter 745, the proposed new guardianship chapter) of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is the immediate past Chair of the Guardianship, Power of Attorney and Advance Directives Committee, an Executive Council member of RPPTL and former Section Fellow.
Stacy is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”). She is also a past Co-Chair of the Florida Probate Rules Committee and a past Chair of the Dade County Bar Association’s Probate & Guardianship Committee.
Stacy has also been published in The Florida Bar Journal, ActionLine and Florida Guardianship Practice (a LexisNexis Publication, i.e. a “gray book”) addressing probate, guardianship and trust topics and has lectured on these topics for The Florida Bar and other organizations.
